Private beach house villa is situated on the waterfront in the newly constructed area of Khairan Pearl City, Kuwait, with expansive views of the seafront. The concept was to open up the consolidated five private villas under one roof, with both private and shared facilities to the waters.

Celebrating the outdoor space with natural elements of wood, water, stone, and fire through a fireplace that divides the spaces, and a swimming pool that connected visually the water. This allowed us to create a harmonious indoor/ outdoor dialogue becoming the extension of the sea.
